RPi5 equipped vehicle logger neoVI FIRE 3 COMPUTE
From AI utilization to logging! A vehicle logger that incorporates Raspberry Pi 5 to build a "Fleet in the loop."
The neoVI FIRE 3 COMPUTE is an in-vehicle computing logger that goes beyond traditional data collection interfaces, completing everything from data processing to AI analysis in a single unit. It directly integrates the "Raspberry Pi 5 Compute Module" with a multi-protocol compatible interface supporting up to 16 CAN FD and 8 LIN channels. This allows for real-time analysis using Python scripts and AI models, as well as advanced ECU simulation, without bringing a PC into the vehicle. It supports large-capacity storage for long-term test drives (up to 2TB SD cards or NVMe SSDs). With Wi-Fi and optional 4G communication capabilities, it enables automatic data uploads and remote control. This device is ideal for building a seamless remote development environment called "Fleet in the loop," using real vehicle data.

Applications/Examples of results
■Building a Fleet in the Loop Environment Remote management of test fleets utilizing communication capabilities. Automatic data uploads and remote software updates significantly accelerate the verification process for the entire fleet. ■In-Vehicle Testing of Autonomous Driving and AI Models With the processing power of Raspberry Pi 5, large volumes of data from in-vehicle networks, including CAN FD, are filtered in real-time. Only important events are recorded, reducing data volume and analysis time. ■ECU Simulation and Verification Constructing test benches without actual vehicles and detecting ECU malfunctions through Restbus simulation. Autonomous execution of automatic diagnostic sequences is possible without a PC. ■Development of Next-Generation Vehicles (EV/Connected Cars) Ideal for long-term data logging and testing of increasingly complex in-vehicle networks, leveraging 16-channel CAN FD and gigabit in-vehicle Ethernet.
