A vacuum heat treatment furnace that enables remote operation and monitoring to promote telework.

We support companies using heat treatment furnaces in promoting telework as part of measures against the new coronavirus!

Ipsen Corporation offers a lineup of vacuum furnaces that are easy to operate and manage remotely. The control software for the vacuum furnaces includes VacuProf and Compuvac, which are standard features. Additionally, with the IoT-based tool PdMetrics, a predictive maintenance system, it has become possible to remotely monitor the performance and maintenance predictions of the vacuum furnaces.

basic information

■ I want to remotely check the program (recipe) of the heat treatment cycle. ■ I want to remotely check the current temperature and vacuum level of the furnace. (Since the values displayed on the analog recorder may not match the values shown on the operation screen, it is unnecessary to confirm both on-site.) ■ I want to check the status of the furnace before coming to work. ■ I want to raise the temperature of the diffusion pump before coming to work. ■ I want to assess the situation without having employees from the management department come to the factory or go on business trips as much as possible. ■ I want to manage the alarm history.
