ISAI Corporation will launch the "WD120A/WD120B SIGNAL-monitor Warning Light Status Monitoring Unit," which monitors the status of warning lights installed in manufacturing processes using long-distance communication via LoRa wireless technology, starting November 1. The WD120A can be directly attached to the Patlite LR5 series warning lights, while the WD120B is a universal model that can be installed on many warning lights, including older models from various manufacturers. Both the WD120A and WD120B utilize the signals from already installed warning lights, so no power installation work is required. As a result, the time required for implementation is minimal, reducing downtime in the process. The data collection communication server allows for the setting of monitoring conditions for changes in each SIGNAL-monitor, and when a status change is detected, it can send notifications via email or transmit commands to other devices over the network.
