Significantly Reduced Spatter Base materials are selected in accordance with rapid heating and the melting point rise of solder alloys. There is almost no spatter, enabling higher quality mounting. Colorless Residue The residue color is very light, making it suitable for mounted products where appearance is important, such as LED lighting equipment.
