Sheath Thermocouple Series
It is a thermocouple sensor with a wire inserted into a metal tube, filled with magnesium oxide for insulation.
The tip shape (junction) can be selected from exposed type, installed type, and non-grounded type. For details such as sheath diameter, please refer to the "Sheath Thermocouple Series" on the link below: "Ishikawa Industry Thermocouple Sensor Product Site."

Detailed information
-
Sheath Thermocouple Series
-
Tip shape: Exposed type Suitable for non-contact gas temperature measurement with the fastest response compared to the other two types. The junction protrudes from the sheath section. The sheath opening is sealed to prevent insulation degradation due to gas and moisture.
-
Tip shape: Grounded type Suitable for measuring the temperature of high-temperature gases and liquids. Since the thermocouple tip is welded to the inner wall of the sheath, it has better responsiveness than the ungrounded type.
-
Tip shape: Non-grounded type Suitable for temperature measurement of gases and liquids, especially when electrical insulation is required. The tip of the thermocouple and the sheath are completely insulated with ceramic.
