Ultra-fast response thermocouple

It is a special thermocouple sensor capable of very fast response with a response speed in the microsecond range.

It is a coaxial structure probe in which ultra-fine thermocouple wires are wrapped in a special ceramic insulator, coated on the surface with thermocouple material, and joined at the tip with a thickness of a few microns.
