We excel in producing mass-produced gear-cutting gears with sizes from M1 to M5 and a maximum diameter of Φ400 (capable of JIS Class 0), as well as high-precision gear cutting using NC hob machines with automated loading for unmanned transport. We also manufacture special gears such as tapered gears and non-circular gears, and we perform mass production processing using broaching machines.
