Fire-resistant insulation and RCF regulation compliant product Isover BSSR Block

The BSSR series of IsoLite Industries, which specializes in fireproof insulation technology, features block products modularized with biocompatible dissolvable fibers (AES wool).

Iso Wool BSSR blocks are modular block products made by cutting (or folding) biodegradable fibers (AES wool) and compressing them in layers. By compressing and layering the blankets, the density can be increased and the thermal conductivity can be reduced. Types of Blocks: - Uni Block: Block product made by cutting and compressing blankets in layers. - Saver Block: Block product made by folding blankets in an accordion shape and compressing them in layers. - HS Block (Sewn Block): Block product made by cutting blankets and modularizing them through sewing. ■ Fitting (TYPE-S): A type where support fitting fixing stud bolts are pre-welded to the steel sheet, and metal support fittings are attached with nuts and washers to secure the block. ■ Fitting (TYPE-M): A type where the support fitting and block are integrated and fixed from the inside of the furnace with a special nut. ■ Fitting (TYPE-T): A type where the support fitting and block are integrated and fixed with a nut on the outside of the casing.
