IsoLite blocks are block-shaped products that are modularized by cutting (or folding) Iso Wool blankets and compressing them in layers. ■Types of Blocks ・Uni-block: A block-shaped product made by cutting and compressing blankets in layers. ・Saver block: A block-shaped product made by folding blankets in an accordion shape and compressing them in layers. ●Bracket (TYPE-S): A type where support bracket fixing stud bolts are pre-welded to the steel sheet, and metal support brackets are attached with nuts and washers to secure the block. ●Bracket (TYPE-M): A type where the support bracket and block are integrated and fixed from the inside of the furnace with a special nut. ●Bracket (TYPE-T): A type where the support bracket and block are integrated and fixed with a nut on the outside of the casing.
