Adhesive rubber product "Cleaning Roller"
Contributing to quality improvement and yield enhancement! Adhesive rubber products that can be used for a long time.
The "Cleaning Roller" is a product used for the removal of foreign substances and contaminants generated during the manufacturing processes of electronic components, optical components, precision instruments, films, and paper, including printed circuit boards. It is also used for dust removal in the pre-printing processes of metal printing and screen printing. Since the rubber itself is adhesive, it can be used for a long time by cleaning or transferring adhered foreign substances. Additionally, there is no concern about contamination from siloxane, as it does not use silicone as a raw material. 【Features】 ■ Two types of rubber: Type B (Butyl) and Type U (Urethane) ■ Adhesive strength (g/cm²) - Type B (White) approximately 300, (Blue) approximately 250, (Orange) approximately 100, (Light Green) approximately 100 ■ Hardness <JIS-A> - Type B: (White) approximately A10, (Blue) approximately A15, (Orange) approximately A20, (Light Green) approximately A20 - Type U: (Strong Adhesive) A5, (Medium Adhesive) A15, (Weak Adhesive) A20 ■ Heat resistance - Type B: approximately 100℃ - Type U: approximately 80℃ *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
