The packaging machines connected to the line are not limited to shrink packaging machines and pillow packaging machines. Our GG machines use stretch film to meet various packaging needs. Since they do not apply heat to the items and there is no need to cut off excess film caused by differences in packaging sizes, they can be operated at low running costs. All products are semi-custom made, allowing us to propose various packaging forms tailored to the shape of the items and the operational style. We offer a wide range of options, including packaging and bundling of long items, complete packaging including front and back with bubble cushioning materials or sheets, integrated tray packaging to reduce cushioning materials, and two selectable types of packaging ideal for tires and coiled items, all of which can connect to your line. By registering the packaging method in advance as a "recipe," you can select the optimal wrapping method for the items, and it is also possible to set it up to flow to the next process without wrapping as needed. The GG machine realizes packaging and operation that closely aligns with the unique needs of each customer.
