Actuator-integrated coaxial valve VIP series
Air-driven actuator integrated coaxial valve achieving lightweight, space-saving, and high durability.
It is an air-driven actuator integrated coaxial valve. Both opening and closing are air-driven, and it is possible to choose either air-driven with spring return. In the case of spring return, you can select either normally open or normally closed. It features a design that minimizes pressure loss in the valve due to fluid dynamics. The VIP valve can be used in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Additionally, seals can be selected from NBR, FKM, EPDM, or neoprene.
basic information
This is a high-speed drive valve with a built-in actuator and an extremely small face-to-face distance. It has a proven track record as a blow molding machine's blow-in valve, a control valve for fountains, and a control valve for filling devices due to its high durability and fast operation. The double action opens and closes with air, while the spring return type uses air for one of the opening and closing actions and a spring for the other. The available sizes are: Nominal diameter (inch size): 10A (3/8") / 15A (1/2") / 20A (3/4") / 25A (1") / 40A (1-1/2") / 50A (2") Each size is available in normally open, normally closed, and double action (air-driven) types. The seal materials can be selected from NBR, FKM, EPDM, and neoprene, allowing for compatibility with low-temperature air at -50°C and air, steam, high-temperature water, gas, and oil from -20°C to 150°C. The operating air pressure works with a supply of approximately 0.42 to 0.8 MPa.

Applications/Examples of results
The valve and drive unit are integrated, making them space-saving, lightweight, and highly durable, which makes them ideal for installation in narrow spaces or high places where maintenance frequency needs to be minimized. There are many examples of adoption in manufacturing equipment, facility equipment, and plants.
