High-performance full-bore ball valve Hercules series
A high-performance full-bore valve designed to tackle high-pressure applications with a floating type trunnion valve.
Achieved a pressure resistance of 400 Bar (40 MPa) and over 20,000 cycles with a uniquely developed sealing material. It is compatible with high-pressure fluids such as urethane, hydraulic fluids, water pressure, ink, and paint. The design includes anti-static features and maintains valve airtightness even during fires, with the body available in carbon steel and stainless steel. You can choose between a manual opening and closing mechanism using a lever or an air-driven opening and closing mechanism with an actuator, with options for both return-type and spring-return actuators.
