Manual Dirt Impact Testing Machine "QC-633"
The material for the dart is fiber-reinforced resin/stainless steel! It is compatible with both Method A and Method B!
The "QC-633" is a manual dart impact testing machine that complies with the standard test for evaluating the impact resistance of plastic films. It supports both Method A and Method B. The film is placed in a holder with a diameter of 127mm, and darts with a diameter of 38.1mm for Method A and 50.8mm for Method B are dropped onto the clamped film. Darts set at a specified height are dropped to conduct the film impact resistance test. Generally, 20 tests are repeated, recording the drop height, dart weight, and whether the film has fractured during each test. This record serves as reference data representing the impact resistance of each film. 【Applicable Test Standards】 ■ASTM D1709 ■GB/T 9639 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
