Bicutt Softening Point Tester "QC-662B"
The operating procedure is standardized! When the movement distance of the indenter reaches 1mm, the temperature at that time is recorded.
The QC-662B is a Vicat softening temperature testing machine that supports simultaneous measurement of up to 3 samples and displays the deflection and temperature of each sample during measurement. A probe with a tip area of 1 mm² is placed at the center of the sample under a constant load of 10N (or 50N), and the sample is heated at a constant rate of 50°C per hour in a liquid heating bath. The Vicat softening temperature (VST) is recorded when the probe has sunk 1 mm.
