MIT Bend Fatigue Testing Machine 'QC-104H'
The foldability is evaluated by the number of times it can be repeatedly bent between +135° and -135° until it breaks!
The "QC-104H" is a bending fatigue testing machine used to evaluate the bending resistance and flexural strength of materials such as paper, resin films, aluminum foil, copper foil, and flexible printed circuit boards. Samples are typically bent repeatedly between +135° and -135°, and the bending resistance is assessed based on the number of cycles until breakage occurs. Test conditions such as the number of bends and speed are input via the 5-inch touchscreen of the device. Additionally, the testing machine automatically stops when breakage of the sample is detected or when the set number of test cycles is completed. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Load capacity: up to 50kg (varies with test stroke) ■ Stroke: up to 160mm ■ Sample length: up to 180mm ■ Number of test samples: up to 5 ■ Test speed: 20–500 r.p.m. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
