DMA Dynamic Viscoelasticity Measurement Technical Data List

A double drive DMA viscoelastic device that requires ideal viscoelastic data.

The double drive system, a feature of the Iplexa series, not only enhances high load performance but also improves the resolution of load and displacement sensors. Here, we will introduce a wide range of application examples, including not only those that leverage high load performance but also examples of minute load data obtained for the first time due to the measurement accuracy of the sensors. We will also present unique cases such as simultaneous measurement of complex permittivity (DEA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), as well as high-temperature measurements using a 1500°C temperature chamber, which we hope you will find useful.

Dynamic viscoelastic data, which is essential for product development, is highly dependent on "strain" and "stress," and data under conditions different from actual usage do not accurately reflect the material properties in product development. The "Double Drive" system controls dynamic and static loads with two independent motors, providing dynamic displacements of ±0.01μm to ±6.000mm and dynamic loads of ±0.01N to ±500N (with higher models up to ±4000N). Additionally, it can provide static displacements of up to 60mm and static loads of up to 1500N through individual motors. With sufficient displacement and load performance, it can replicate the actual loads experienced by products, accommodating various materials such as rubber, resin, carbon (CFRP, CFRTP), film, metal, ceramics, and glass.
