Dynamic viscoelastic data, which is essential for product development, is highly dependent on "strain" and "stress." Data obtained under conditions different from actual usage does not accurately reflect the material properties in product development. The "Double Drive" system controls dynamic and static loads with two independent motors, providing dynamic displacements of ±0.01μm to ±6.000mm and dynamic loads of ±0.01N to ±500N (with higher models up to ±4000N). Additionally, static displacements of up to 60mm and static loads of up to 1500N can be applied through individual motors. This allows for the reproduction of the actual loads that products experience, accommodating various materials including rubber, resin, carbon (CFRP, CFRTP), film, metal, ceramic, and glass.
