Visualizing power loss due to air leaks! Acoustic camera 'AlgoLeak'

Visualize power loss due to air leaks! An acoustic camera that instantly reveals loss costs on the spot.

The "ALGOLEAK AL64" is an acoustic camera equipped with 64 low-noise MEMS microphones that can visualize air leaks from compressed air and partial discharges in electrical equipment in real time. It enables efficient leak diagnosis without stopping production, allowing for non-contact inspections even during factory operations. Detected air leak locations are displayed as heat maps, and estimated leak amounts and loss costs can be confirmed on the spot. Compared to traditional investigations using soapy water or auditory inspections, it contributes to reducing inspection time and standardizing investigation quality. Additionally, the included free software "LEAK ANALYZER" automatically generates reports summarizing photos of leak locations, estimated leak amounts, and annual loss costs. This can also be used for measuring the effectiveness of air leak improvement activities and for energy-saving proposal materials. It is adopted in a wide range of settings, including manufacturing, automotive parts factories, food factories, and chemical plants, supporting the reduction of energy loss and CO₂ emissions.
