We would like to introduce our horizontal machining process, "helical machining." This process is one method of cutting arc shapes, where the X, Y, and Z axes are moved simultaneously in relation to the spindle for machining. Since 1961, Iwata has been involved in a wide range of parts processing. Utilizing our accumulated expertise, we currently perform small-lot, varied parts processing.
