[Case Study of Marking System Implementation] Motorcycle: Engraving on Carbon and Pistons

We will introduce examples of "carbon engraving" and "piston engraving" on motorcycles!

We would like to introduce a case of "marking on carbon" using our marking system. The MULTI4 Bench 120 is used for marking small parts made of carbon or fiberglass, enabling product traceability and quality follow-up through this machine. The machine operates with an Ethernet connection cable and our specially developed software, with marking controlled by a foot-operated start pedal. 【Piston Engraving Case Overview】 ■ Four MULTI4 Bench 120 units are engraving on pistons. ■ The operator places the piston on two rollers, and the laser measurement system measures the diameter of the rotating piston. ■ The measurement values are sent from the laser measurement system to the MULTI4 control box. ■ The measurement values are compared with the piston type information stored in the MULTI4 control box using original software developed by TechnoMark. ■ After that, the operator confirms the type of piston and places it under the machine. ■ Once all these adjustments are completed, the engraving starts automatically. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
