We would like to introduce a case of large trucks using our marking system. In the "Marking on Steel" section, the MULTI4 Bench 120 (equipped with a data matrix reader) is installed on the premises of a company that manufactures transmission shafts, steering axes, and planetary carriers. This marking machine engraves the data matrix codes located on both sides of the transmission. The data matrix is read after marking to verify readability and marking settings. With this encoding, operators can read the serial number, plan index, year, day count, factory and line number, as well as the production order.
