The IMX gas mixing platform, designed for high-flow applications at percentage levels, is ideal for larger commercial-scale operations. It creates precise blends with composite flow rates of 0 to 20 SLPM and 0 to 3200 SLPM. Real-time process control and gas supply options prioritize flow and pressure. The IMX is a gas mixer capable of 24-hour operation in the most demanding commercial and industrial environments, featuring a robust all-steel chassis. Consistent and accurate gas mixing ratios are controlled by MFCs. Individual channels are adjusted to provide precise mixed gas, outlet pressure control, and rapid response to changing process conditions. The accuracy of the target mix ratio is ±0.6%. The flow control response time is typically 25 to 125 ms (T63). It comes with a color TFT display screen and can blend up to four gas streams using pure or pre-mixed feed sources. It supports many corrosive and refrigerant gases. The rear panel connections include an integrated EMO switch, optional external EMO input, and 24V alarm output. It is designed for safe continuous operation 24 hours a day, with a focus on durability.
