As repair materials not subject to pharmaceutical regulations, we offer three types: "general-purpose type with a long usable time," "type applicable to oily and wet surfaces," and "type suitable for high heat resistance!"

The "Belzona 1000 Series" that we handle is a two-component mixed paste repair material that can be selected according to various applications such as build-up of different types of materials, pipe leakage, and repairs for wear and corrosion. It offers a long usable time after mixing and includes a general-purpose type suitable for wide-area application, a rapid-curing type that adheres well to surfaces with oil contamination, and a high-heat-resistant type that can be used in high-temperature environments up to 150°C. 【Product Lineup】 <Belzona 1121 (Super XL Metal)> - Based on a reinforced polymer structure that includes ceramic steel, it is a multi-type that can be machined. - With a long usable time and low cost, it is effective for extensive build-up regeneration. <Belzona 1212> - Has the effect of displacing fluids on the substrate and can be applied to surfaces with oil contamination or moisture. - Provides strong adhesion even with simple manual surface treatment. <Belzona 1511 (Super HT Metal)> - Can withstand environments of 150°C, is non-corrosive, and has excellent chemical resistance. - Ideal for repairing base metals damaged by erosion and corrosion. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
