Cold Welding/Structural Adhesive Belsona 7311 Catalog
Structural adhesives with excellent fatigue resistance are ideal alternatives to mechanical fastening, securing, and welding.
This structural adhesive, which requires high mechanical strength (resistance to shear and tear loads), is ideal for bonding applications where periodic and semi-permanent loads are applied to structures. It can be used as an alternative to mechanical fastening, fixing, and welding, and has heat resistance up to 60°C without the need for the following. It also has the following features: - Excellent adhesion to metal substrates - Engineering design data package - Solvent-free - Optimal temperature range of -30°C to 60°C - No special tools required - No fire hazard
basic information
【Instructions】 □ Surface Preparation: Remove rust from corroded metal parts using blasting or grinding, and roughen the surface. □ Degreasing Cleaning: Remove moisture, oil, and dirt using a cleaning agent. □ Mixing: Take the base agent and hardener in the specified mixing ratio on a plastic sheet and mix thoroughly to avoid color unevenness. □ Application: Apply a thin layer with a brush on both sides of the bonding surface. Then, apply the material in a ridge shape on one side and adhere the two surfaces together. [Product Information] □ Consistency: Paste "after mixing" □ Color: Gray □ Curing Time: 6 hours (20℃, adhesive strength 50%) [Product Properties] □ Adhesive Strength (Iron): 31.0 MPa □ Heat Resistance: 60℃ (Dry/Wet) □ Shelf Life (Unopened): 3 years
