[Case Study of Alcy Method] Water-Soluble Cutting Oil Wastewater
Introducing a case study of the Arcy method adopted by a motorcycle manufacturer!
Here is a case study of a motorcycle manufacturer that has adopted the technology of Japan Alcy. There were issues such as the lack of equipment to effectively remove BOD, resulting in almost all BOD loads flowing into the comprehensive wastewater treatment facility. As a solution, we proposed the removal of solids and oils in the raw water that affect biological treatment through coagulation with Alcy Flock and a pressurized flotation tank. As a result, the quality of the treated water improved, and the load on the comprehensive wastewater treatment facility decreased, leading to the stabilization of the overall wastewater treatment process. 【Overview】 ■ Client: Motorcycle Manufacturer ■ Type of wastewater: Water-soluble cutting oil ■ Volume of wastewater: 50t/month ■ Quality of raw water: BOD 15,000mg/L, COD 7,800mg/L *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Benefits of Introducing the Alcy Method】 ■ Reduction in membrane replacement costs due to the elimination of UF membrane treatment ■ Reduced load on subsequent treatment due to stable treated water quality *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
