The 15th IEEE CPMT Symposium Japan (ICSJ2026) will be held from November 10 to 12, 2026, at Ritsumeikan University's Suzaku Campus in Kyoto. It is an international conference on electronics packaging technology organized by the IEEE Electronics Packaging Society (EPS). At our booth, we will showcase solutions that support everything from research and development to mass production evaluation of photonic integrated circuits (PIC), focusing on inspection, measurement, and automatic packaging equipment for ETSC Microdevices' silicon photonics (Si-PIC).
