The slider board is made from POM (polyoxymethylene), a resin that makes the board itself lightweight yet possesses excellent durability. In compression tests, it is difficult to visually confirm any deformation even under a pressure of 15 tons. Although it gradually deforms, even at a pressure of 40 tons, the deformation is only about 0.4mm. It can withstand a load of 1 ton, and after sliding a mold 10,000 times, there is no noticeable wear, making it a product with functionality, strength, and durability that is hard to believe is made from plastic. In everyday use, if used correctly: When used with a 20kg product ⇒ approximately 60,000 times! When used with a 30kg product… ⇒ approximately 25,000 times! Furthermore, the ability to use both sides is a feature of the slider board, so if you feel that the sliding has become sluggish, you can use the opposite side.
