Jalock's "Carry Runner NEO" is a cart equipped with a belt called a "crawler" instead of conventional casters. While casters have a "point" of contact with the ground, the crawler has a "surface." By absorbing shocks with a "surface," it reduces swaying during transport and minimizes the risk of cargo shifting or falling.
