"Zero Work Mistakes" - "Projection Assembly System" Workbench
Projecting instructions onto the workbench allows anyone to assemble and pick! It also shortens OJT tasks, manages processes, and improves operations.
This is a workbench that can project work procedures and other information using projection mapping. Primarily used in cell production environments, it guides workers by projecting the locations of parts and videos/images of work instructions onto the workbench, enabling anyone to easily perform picking and assembly of parts. If a mistake is made in the procedure, a buzzer will alert the worker. It is also effective for on-the-job training (OJT) for new and foreign workers. Work performance can be visualized through data.
