- The product features a multi-diaphragm structure, and its sensitivity characteristics are ultra-high sensitivity, ranging from 31 Pa to 127 Pa, due to its appropriate area and flexible material. - This product is used in various applications, including control of sample gas introduction systems for analytical devices, transport system control, various testing devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and control of vulcanization machines in tire factories. - There are two methods of use. One method involves piping on the outside of a vacuum container to send atmospheric or positive pressure to the vacuum side, or it can be installed in a bypass system between the vacuum container and the vacuum pump. - Additionally, with other piping methods, this product can also accommodate control requirements that span both positive and negative pressure ranges, depending on the application.

★PAX 1 can be configured in various ways and can be used as a general-purpose actuator due to its NAMUR mounting style. The housing is frame-proof, and the rod stroke operates at 25mm with a maximum speed of 60mm/min and a maximum force of 2.89kN. It will stop at the last position (locked) when the signal or power is interrupted. ★PAX 1 has the capability to control the thrust rod to a position proportional to the signal within a 25 mm stroke using a 4-20 mA isolated analog input. Optionally, a 1-5 VDC non-isolated analog input can be selected via an internal DIP switch. ★This actuator features two fully adjustable SPDT alarm relays (High and Low) that can be fine-tuned within the stroke. The relays are latched, so the state of the alarm switch is maintained when power is lost. ★This actuator includes UP and DOWN buttons and a 5/16" (8 mm) female HEX socket, making it easy to manually move the actuator for testing.
