As a dryer It removes the water vapor contained in the gas sent to the respiratory gas analyzer and brings the humidity of the gas to the same level as the atmosphere. The speed of moisture removal is within just 0.1 to 0.2 seconds. It can remove 90% of the water vapor while preserving the components in the gas. 2. As a humidifier It absorbs water vapor from the atmosphere and humidifies the gas flowing through the tube.
