Sanitary pressure regulator
A pressure regulator specifically designed for sanitary processes, with materials and structure that meet the requirements of sanitary processes, providing excellent performance that is highly effective.
- The Steriflow Mk96 series uses 316L stainless steel for the wetted parts. - Surface treatment involves mechanical polishing followed by electropolishing. - Designed to have a structure without liquid pockets and to accommodate CIP/SIP. - This product is ideal for use in sanitary processes. - In addition to the stability of the set pressure, the shut-off characteristics can also achieve ANSI Class VI with optional features.
basic information
★ Mk96 has a connection diameter of 3/4"-3", and the standard style is a Tri Clamp type ferrule, but we can accommodate ISO, DIN, or customer requests. ★ The surface finish of the wetted parts is standard at 20Ra (0.5μ), and it undergoes electropolishing after mechanical polishing. Optionally, it can be further finished to 8Ra (0.2μ). ★ Regarding maximum pressure and temperature, the 3/4"-1" diameter can handle 1.72MPa@232℃, and the 1-1/2"-3" diameter can handle 1.38MPa@232℃, providing ample usability. ★ The standard Jorlon diaphragm used is FDA certified, and compared to metal diaphragms, it offers improved pressure setting accuracy and an extremely long lifespan, enhancing reliability. ★ The product can be selected in manual setting type, pneumatic signal setting type, and a dual type that can use both spring and pneumatic signals.

Sanitary Pressure Regulator FB6C Series
The FB6C pressure regulator controls the pressure of devices that require maintenance in a sanitary condition. The FB6C operates by sensing the pressure on the underside of the diaphragm downstream of the seat. When the downstream pressure approaches the set pressure, the force exerted by the pressure on the diaphragm begins to move the plug upward to close it, overcoming the force of the set spring. This reduces the downstream pressure and maintains the set pressure. When the pressure on the underside of the diaphragm begins to drop, the spring force pushes the plug downward to maintain the set pressure. <Features> • No sliding parts in contact with the fluid ‒ Prevents microbial growth • 100% 316L stainless steel body and trim • Self-draining • High precision (large diameter diaphragm with low droop) For performance data demonstrations of this product, please contact the distributor • A pin for dome lock can be inserted into the spring housing to accommodate CIP and SIP • EPDM diaphragm is highly corrosion-resistant and has FDA and 3A certification For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Sanitary Back Pressure Regulator FB5C Series
The FB5C back pressure regulator provides appropriate hard seats and a variety of diaphragms and O-ring materials for sterile back pressure applications. The FB5C operates by sensing the pressure or back pressure of the fluid supplied from the side-mounted inlet to the underside of the diaphragm. Back pressure above the set pressure compresses the spring through the load force of the diaphragm, causing the stem to function in an open state from the seat. As the flow rate increases and the back pressure is discharged, the forces of the spring and diaphragm are relieved, allowing the stem to return to its normally closed position. Changing the set pressure can be easily done by simply turning the adjustment screw to increase or decrease pressure within the range of the regulator spring settings. !! Control valve, sanitary, MK978 series
This sanitary valve complies with ASME BPE guidelines and can be widely used in clean utilities, sanitary processes, and aseptic equipment. With high rangeability, excellent characteristic trim, and superior diaphragm, it establishes large capacity, high temperature, and high pressure resistance, making it suitable for sterilization processes, buffers, WFI, acid measurement, clean gas, and steam services. This valve is the optimal product for controlling pressure, temperature, flow rate, and other variable quantities. Features: - Specially designed diaphragm seals and components ensure extremely high frequency and long-term use. - Jorlon diaphragm - capable of continuous operation under high-pressure steam - fully compatible with CIP and SIP. - Self-draining, meaning that the angle body type is self-draining when installed vertically (full bore) or horizontally (except for 3-inch), but the inline type with 1-inch, 1-1.5-inch, and 2-inch horizontal E-type bodies does not have self-draining capability. - No sliding parts in the wetted area, eliminating particle generation. - Easy disassembly and assembly.

Sanitary Back Pressure Regulator, MK95AA Series
Sanitary back pressure reducing valve, pneumatic signal/spring setting composite - The Mk95 pneumatic signal input type (AA) has the same pipe diameter, Cv value, seat material, low droop characteristics, and stability as the standard Mk95, along with additional advantages. - The pneumatic signal connects to a 1/4 inch NPT (female) pipe on the housing, allowing for remote pressure setting via a manual setting regulator or electro-pneumatic regulator, eliminating the need for skilled operators. - The Mk95AA and Mk95FTAA allow for changes in the set pressure. - Adjustments can be made with manual settings using springs, and can be performed with pneumatic pressure exceeding the minimum spring setting values (0.014MPa for 3/4 inch, 0.021MPa for 1-1/2 inch, 0.035MPa for 2 inch). - Users can adjust the minimum setting value with springs (0.014MPa for 3/4 inch) or the minimum pressure typically used (e.g., sterilization pressure), and further change the set value using pneumatic pressure. - To decrease an existing set value, it can be lowered in a similar manner. High pressure, low flow regulator - Low flow
Precise control of liquid, gas, or steam flow. We provide reliable, high-performance solutions. - Small flow control valves and pressure reducing valves are often used for OEMs, laboratories, and pilot plants. - These applications always require the replacement of valve trims to meet various flow demands for each use case. - We focus on adaptable designs and recognize the value of producing our products, which is why the LowFlow series control valves have many Cv values and flow characteristics for each pipe diameter. - This control valve does not require special tools for trim replacement, and the bolted body design eliminates the need to remove the valve from the piping during trim replacement or repairs. - The LowFlow series clearly demonstrates "true versatility." While other manufacturers develop products for specific applications, we strive to accommodate a wide range of industries and use cases. The LowFlow series can be used for applications ranging from cryogenic -254°C to high temperatures of 538°C. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
