Dual Pressure Regulator for Positive and Negative Pressure Models 16 and 1600A series are dual-purpose types that can be set for both vacuum and positive pressure. Both vacuum and positive pressure can be precisely controlled due to their high sensitivity characteristics, and they can accommodate various applications by selecting the appropriate piping connection. Fig 2 shows the connection method for vacuum only, where responsiveness and exhaust speed are related solely to the capacity of the vacuum pump. This connection allows for rapid setting. Fig 3 illustrates the piping for dual pressure settings.

Model number	overview
Model 16	High-sensitivity vacuum regulator. The setting range is from vacuum to a maximum of 1MPa. The flow rate is up to 70l/min ANR at vacuum control and up to 1100l/min ANR at positive pressure control.
Model 17	This is a regulator specifically for the vacuum range. The setting range is from 0 to -102kPa, and the influence of fluctuations in the vacuum source is extremely stable, at less than 0.1%.
Model 18	This is a vacuum relief valve. There are three types with setting ranges of 0 to -14kPa, 0 to -70kPa, and 0 to -100kPa, with a setting sensitivity of less than 32Pa.
Model 1600A	This is a high-sensitivity (254Pa) and high-flow type (800l/min ANR) vacuum regulator.
