★The Roland NS9N detection method uses leakage magnetic flux and eddy current sensors, allowing detection regardless of whether the material is magnetic or non-magnetic. ★Until now, various methods such as induction and optical sensors have been used for seam detection, but it has not been easy to address unexpected issues such as gaps between the sensor and the metal surface or discoloration of the surface. ★The Roland NS9N can analyze not only geometric changes but also electrical and magnetic conductivity changes, thereby enhancing the reliability of the processing process.
