タイヤ製造工程におけるスチールワイヤーコード欠陥検出専用装置。
ドイツのローランド社が開発したSIS XPはタイヤスチールワイヤーコード材の欠陥検出専用装置です。当装置は磁性検出原理を用い、タイヤ製造工程において連続してスチールワイヤーコード材の異常部及びスプライス部の状況を検査し、その情報を出力します。 最大16センサーを使用し、検査有効幅最大1120mmでコード材のワイヤーの抜け、重なり、暴れ等を検出し、また正常なスプライス部と異常なスプライス部を事前入力データに基づき判定し外部に出力します。

従来使用されているX線式検査装置に比べ、安価で且つタイヤスチールワイヤーコード材及びスプライス部のデータは全て連続記録され、異常部検出出力により工程を停止し、異常部材の排出若しくは補修を行う事が可能となりました。世界的なタイヤメーカー、Goodyear、Michelinを初め多くのタイヤメーカーに採用され、検出能力の高さと共に十分な信頼性を確立しています。

We will hold an exhibition of piping components at our satellite showroom, which boasts a selection of 2,500 different items. On the day of the event, we will also have a special display of Clippard products (ultra-compact solenoid valves) that are not usually on display! Our sales representatives will be on-site to handle any technical inquiries. Additionally, we will distribute the Sanwa piping components comprehensive catalog (2020 edition) in advance!
