The HAEHNE BZV-A/BZH-A load cells are small, lightweight, and highly reliable tension measurement sensors made from aircraft-grade aluminum and designed in a pillow block style. The measurement range is 0.1-0.5 kN, with an accuracy of 0.5% (combined error), making them suitable for use as tension detection sensors in various manufacturing processes.

The product's tension detection part uses a strain gauge type, which is robust and can measure without being affected by vibrations or disturbances, unlike the widely used LVDT type, linear variable differential transformer, as a detection circuit. The form is a pillow block type, and it is mounted between the frame of the device or machine and the pillow block bearing. The BZV-A is used for measuring vertical tension, while the BZH-A is used for measuring horizontal tension. Heine Company also offers amplifiers specifically for this load cell, effectively processing the measurement signals.
