Helium gas recovery device
This is a device that collects helium gas used in the process and refills it into a high-pressure container. It is very effective for the environment and resources.
The basic unit is a gas booster pump that pressurizes low-pressure helium gas to high pressure, using an air-driven gas booster manufactured by Haskel. The gas booster can be selected according to the required refill pressure and the capacity of the container, allowing for the most efficient combination of equipment.

The low-pressure helium gas emitted from the process will be initially collected at around 0.03 MPa using a vacuum pump, then pressurized to 0.5-0.6 MPa in the second stage, and further pressurized and filled to several MPa to several tens of MPa using a gas booster. Of course, we can undertake the fabrication of all the equipment necessary to meet the customer's specifications, and it is also not a problem to only handle the final stage pressurization unit.
