Micro-sample viscosity meter VISCOlab 3000
Easy to operate, highly reliable, and with a wide measurement range! High-precision results can be obtained with a small amount of sample.
The "VISCOlab 3000" features an electronically controlled temperature regulation function, making it ideal for conducting high-temperature tests in environments where an independent constant temperature water bath is not available. It can measure temperatures up to 180°C, provided they are higher than room temperature, and with the optional cooling jacket, it can also measure low temperatures down to -40°C. The sensors can measure viscosity up to 20,000 cP with a range of 20:1, and continuous viscosity measurements, temperature data, and temperature-corrected viscosity values (TCV) can be obtained with just 1.5 ml of sample volume. 【Features】 ○ High precision measurements ○ Easy maintenance and high performance ○ Minimal sample volume required ○ Over 8,000 units delivered worldwide ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Viscometer for managing lens coating in medical devices
Challenges faced by medical device and optical lens manufacturers. Is it not the management of coatings? ★ The global eyewear industry, including protective safety glasses, launched in 2020 at a staggering price of $150 billion, and the COVID-19 pandemic significantly accelerated demand. Hospitals and medical facilities are ordering safer glasses and face shields. ★ In addition to face masks needed worldwide, or as a substitute, face shields are being worn in schools and retail. ★ Recently, Cambridge Viscosity published a case study regarding Honeywell's Industrial Safety Group in Smithfield, Rhode Island. ★ This group has significantly improved its manufacturing capacity for safety goggles in response to the demand for PPE (personal protective equipment) from laboratories and hospitals. ★ The demand for eyewear is further increasing, supported by the suggestion that glasses help prevent people from touching their faces, and corrective lenses or sunglasses may further enhance protection from airborne droplets.
