The Circle Seal SV series solenoid valves are products that can be used from vacuum to high pressure.
The SV series solenoid valves are products developed for aerospace equipment and onboard use, and they are used in various applications across general industries. They are based on a 3-way, 2-position valve that can be used from vacuum up to a maximum operating pressure of 41.4 MPa. The internal and external leakage characteristics are extremely excellent, and it is generally acceptable to consider them as having zero leakage. The fluids they can handle include air, a variety of gases, and liquids, and the body materials can be selected from stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. We also accept KHK testing required for high-pressure gas usage, providing users with optimal solenoid valve selection.

The valve structure is a direct drive balance poppet type, fundamentally a 3-way 2-position valve, but the flow path is bidirectional, allowing any port to be connected to a pressure source. Naturally, the 3-way valve can be kept open or closed at all times, and it can also be used as a 2-way valve by attaching a plug to one of the three ports. The fluid can be either gas or liquid, and due to its high response characteristics and low power consumption, it is suitable for use not only in high-pressure gas systems but also in various testing devices and machinery.
