The Fairchild "Vacuum Control Regulator" can control from a shallow vacuum range near atmospheric pressure to a maximum of -96.8 kPa with extremely high sensitivity characteristics. There are four types in the lineup, all of which excel in repeatability and achieve stable control! With a double diaphragm structure, the appropriate area and flexible materials provide a sensitivity characteristic of 125 Pa, making it ultra-sensitive. It is utilized in various applications such as controlling sample gas introduction systems for analytical instruments, transport system control, various testing devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and curing machine control in tire factories. Model number overview
Model 16 High-sensitivity vacuum regulator. The setting range is from vacuum to a maximum of 1MPa. The flow rate is a maximum of 70L/min ANR during vacuum control and 1100L/min ANR during positive pressure control.
Model 17 This is a regulator specifically for the vacuum range. The setting range is from 0 to -100kPa, and the influence of fluctuations in the vacuum source is extremely stable at less than 0.1%.
Model 18 This is a vacuum relief valve. There are three types with setting ranges of 0 to -14kPa, 0 to -70kPa, and 0 to -100kPa, with a setting sensitivity of less than 32Pa.
Model 1600A This is a high-sensitivity (254Pa) and large flow type (800L/min ANR) vacuum regulator. The setting range is from vacuum to a maximum of 1MPa.
