This new design can be easily attached to standard type ferrules. <Features> ● Ideal for applications in the life sciences industry where the highest levels of purity and chemical resistance are required. ● Design prevents fragment dispersion. ● Sturdy metal disk design provides excellent protection for low-rated pressure equipment. ● Operable up to 95% of the marked burst pressure. For pressures below 0.276 MPa, please refer to the table below. ● Additional testing allows for operation at 95% of the operating pressure ratio with a tolerance of ±5%. ● Passivated to reduce the possibility of contamination. ● Standard surface roughness is 4-20 µm Ra. ● Suitable for Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) applications.
