JSBLFLP is a fully dischargeable compact back pressure regulator designed for small flow, low pressure applications of gases and liquids in accordance with ASME BPE for sanitary use. • The lower part of the diaphragm completely eliminates screw connections and residual micro-particles. • Fully dischargeable (the first in compact sanitary regulators) and compatible with CIP/SIP. • The simple trim design allows for trim replacement and cleaning without removing the valve from the piping. <Features> ★ Inline detachable trim reduces maintenance time. ★ Solid steel material ensures uniformity and surface finish. ★ Minimizes internal volume. ★ Large diameter diaphragm effectively increases sensitivity required for ultra-low pressure settings. ★ Soft seat provides ANSI Class 6 shutoff. ★ Durable Jorlon diaphragm material offers extremely long life, is compatible with CIP/SIP, and meets FDA and USP Class 6 standards.
