The FBCV is a control valve for liquid, gas, and steam services, equipped with high rangeability, characteristic trim, high capacity, and excellent temperature and pressure ratings, along with the selection of sealing materials. ★This stainless steel control valve has a body made of ASTM A351, CF3M, 316L cast material, and all wetted parts are made of ASTM A479 316L bar stock. ★The valve stem is integrated, and the stainless steel NAMUR yoke has sufficient structural strength with two extended PEEK guide bushings, regardless of the mounting orientation. ★The sliding parts of the valve stem and plug are located outside the wetted area of the stem O-ring at the top of the valve. ★The extended guide bushings provide additional retention in any mounting orientation, ensuring self-draining capability regardless of the installation direction. <Finish> Body: Standard: Internal wetted parts are mechanically polished to 0.8μm Ra, external surface is as-cast.
