The sensor, which incorporates a long-established reciprocating piston method, performs real-time measurements using a small amount of sample liquid. The installation of the sensor is easy, and it offers excellent maintainability, providing a stable signal even over long calibration intervals. The sensor is unaffected by external environmental factors, vibrations, or changes in flow rate. basic information
The VP2100 performs viscosity measurement using a reciprocating piston method. It has 11 measurement ranges between 0.25-10,000 cP. The reproducibility is available in two types: ±1.5% of the reading and ±0.5% of the reading. It can handle a maximum process temperature of 190°C (optional up to 375°C) and a maximum process pressure of 6.9 MPa (optional up to 15.1 MPa), and it also outputs fluid temperature along with the viscosity value.
