ALL CLEAR - ARES CLAR
Forms a film on the metal surface, allowing for high cleaning efficiency. Cleaning of the nozzle tip and check valve, etc., is possible.
Forms a film on the metal surface, allowing for high cleaning efficiency. It can clean the nozzle tip, check valves, and other components. It dissolves at 130°C inside the machine, turning into a liquid that cannot remain in the machine itself. As a masterbatch, it acts as a purge agent when blended with 5% inexpensive resin. It is compatible with any molding temperature and molding resin. If used with PVC, please replace it with other resins. It has self-discharging properties, and the purge resin itself cannot remain at all. It is almost odorless. It can be recycled with recycled materials, and blending it with 5% drive blend is sufficient. It allows for cleaning without using any inorganic materials and does not rely on resin viscosity. It can clean complex shapes of molds and also cleans solid particles from generated gases.
basic information
==== ALLESKLAR (Aresukura) ==== It removes contaminants from metal surfaces through 100% chemical action (surface chemistry) and can be expelled with a weak resin pressure. "It is possible to remove carbides adhered to metal surfaces." "It is a versatile type that does not depend on molding temperature or molding resin." "It offers significant advantages in terms of environmental impact and cost." "It is a revolutionary purge agent with zero residue." "It allows for a reduction in cleaning and decomposition time." ★If you would like a sample★, please click the "Download" button and fill out the fax form.

Purge agent for plastic molding machines
Applications/Examples of results
Currently, the production resin being formed is removed from the cylinder through purging. Blend 5% of Aresclad into the production resin currently being formed and feed it into the hopper. The molding conditions can remain the same. Rotate the screw at a low speed (30-50 rpm) and manually perform the purging. The purging should be done at low speed, and when the resin coming out of the nozzle has changed to the Aresclad blended resin, stop the purging. Weigh up to the maximum measurement value, and once the cylinder is filled with Aresclad blended resin, turn off the heater power of the molding machine. Remove the Aresclad blended resin from the hopper. Leave it in this state for more than 8 hours (it is fine to leave it for several days). On the production start date, turn on the power of the molding machine and add the production resin to the hopper. When the cylinder temperature reaches the set temperature, perform the normal purging and discharge the cleaning resin. Once the resin in the cylinder has been replaced with the production resin, start production.
