A system that uses safe and non-toxic chemicals to easily achieve passivation treatment in any location. ◆Features◆ ≪Electrochemical Method (EL)≫ - Passivation can be achieved in a short time simply by rolling on the stainless steel surface. - Effective for processing vertical walls and ceilings. ≪Chemical Method (CH)≫ - Sheet Method Effective for downward-facing surfaces or large areas. Passivation can be achieved in 1 to 2 hours (no rinsing required after treatment). - Coating Method Suitable for irregularly shaped surfaces other than flat areas. Passivation can be achieved in 1 to 2 hours. ≪Dull Finish (D) & Passivation Treatment (F)≫ - Usable in all positions, including horizontal surfaces, downward-facing surfaces, and walls. - After mechanically removing the burn marks from welding and distortion correction, the glare is dulled to create a matte finish while simultaneously achieving strong passivation. ≪Measurement of Passivation State≫ - Conducted using the device STEN CHECKER 3.
