Grease Iron Powder Concentration Meter "John"

For the maintenance of low-speed rotating shafts where vibration diagnostic technology is difficult to apply!

"John" is a simple diagnostic tool for equipment that extracts grease used for machine lubrication and detects magnetic substances such as metal wear powder that may be mixed in, using the principle of electromagnetic induction. It enables diagnosis in the ultra-low speed range (below 10 rpm), which is typically impossible with vibration diagnostics. Additionally, it can diagnose bearing abnormalities with a small amount of grease. 【Features】 ■ Enables diagnosis in the ultra-low speed range (below 10 rpm), which is typically impossible with vibration diagnostics ■ Can diagnose bearing abnormalities with a small amount of grease ■ High-precision measurements can be made with simple operation ■ Compact and lightweight (130g), making it convenient for carrying to the field *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
