【Steel Plate Shot Blasting Line】 We have models suitable for various sizes with a plate width of up to 5.5m, plate thickness of 4.5 to 150mm, and plate length of 3 to 25m, which can also be used for shot blasting of shaped steel. We can also accommodate the integration of preheating devices. 【Air Blast Machine】 We deliver blasting equipment, recovery systems, painting facilities, and dehumidification devices as a full turnkey solution. The equipment is designed with airflow considerations for dust collection during blasting, mist removal during painting, and dehumidification. 【Standard Shot Blasting Machine】 This surface treatment machine is utilized for splice plates and H-beams that comply with standard specifications for construction works in building and structural steel. 【Abrasive Materials】 We handle various cut wires (SS, SUS, AL, etc.), molar sand (SiC-based), emery (alumina-based), glass beads, soft grid (walnut shell), garnet (pomegranate stone), and other special abrasive materials, so please feel free to inquire.
