In this training session, we will explain how to uncover hints for Kaizen based on the data collected using 'InQross Kaizen Maker' and AI. While based on the principles of IE, the content is designed to be easily understandable for those without specialized knowledge, making it easier to apply the analysis results to on-site improvements. On the day, we will introduce specific examples, covering everything from how to view the data to how to identify improvement points and the flow of connecting to actual Kaizen.
